Our Background

Union Ambulance District (UAD) is a public governmental entity (a political subdivision) organized under Chapter 190 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. UAD serves the citizens of Union and the surrounding area with emergency medical services 24 hours a day. UAD is inspected and licensed by the Missouri Division of Health and Senior Services, and our medical control and protocols are under Mercy Hospital in Washington Missouri.

Each ambulance is staffed with two highly trained Paramedics or Emergency Medical Technicians and stocked with state-of-the-art emergency medical equipment and medical supplies.
